GTM Account Executive

Location: 100% Remote (U.S. preferred)

Overview


Reef AI is building the data platform that makes customer revenue generation with AI possible. Reef turns raw customer data into highly accurate predictions and delivers revenue intelligence that operators can act on to generate revenue: from churn prediction with explainability to expansion scoring tied to account signals to board level insights to inform revenue growth strategy. We’re at the forefront of how AI and Agents change post-sales GTM motions — helping revenue teams shift from reactive triage to predictive retention and growth.


This is an early-stage, zero-to-one role. You won’t just sell software — you’ll help shape how Reef defines, reaches, and converts its market. If you thrive in ambiguity, obsess over storytelling, and want to shape GTM from the ground up, this is for you.



What You'll Do

  • Sell
  • Own full-cycle deals across mid-market and enterprise accounts ($50K–$100K+ ACV).
  • Engage Customer Success, RevOps, and Executive decision makers with a consultative, revenue impact–driven approach.
  • Translate ML-powered insights (churn risk, cohort health, revenue at risk) into clear business outcomes.
  • Generate pipeline through a mix of events, partner channels, cold outbound, and founder-led warm intros.
  • Build
  • Pressure-test and refine our pitch, outbound angles, and sales motion through live market feedback.
  • Help define ICP, refine buying personas, and co-create qualification criteria.
  • Feed insights from the field back into product, data models, and positioning — shaping how Reef evolves.


You Might Be a Fit If

  • You’ve sold mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS with ACVs in the $50K–$100K+ range.
  • You can source your own pipeline and have experience with both outbound and partner-driven motions.
  • You are goal-driven, relentless, hungry, and won’t take no for an answer.
  • You’re a narrative-driven seller who can simplify technical/ML outputs into business impact.
  • You thrive in messy, founder-led environments with fast feedback loops.
  • You’re energized by the idea of being a builder-seller — creating playbooks, not just running them.
