Business Development Representative (BDR)

Overview


Reef AI is building the data platform that makes customer revenue generation with AI possible. Reef turns raw customer data into highly accurate predictions and delivers revenue intelligence that operators can act on to generate revenue: from churn prediction with explainability to expansion scoring tied to account signals to board level insights to inform revenue growth strategy. We’re at the forefront of how AI and Agents change post-sales GTM motions — helping revenue teams shift from reactive triage to predictive retention and growth.


This is an early-stage, zero-to-one role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, obsesses over messaging, and wants to help shape the GTM motion from the ground up.



The Role


This is not your average BDR role. We’re looking for someone hungry, creative, and scrappy: an operator who will own lead generation across Reef’s ICP and figure out how to break through with new accounts. You’ll run point on outbound (especially LinkedIn), tee up meetings with the right personas, and play a key part in how we scale from early traction to repeatable motion.



What You'll Do

  • Build and execute outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, phone, and events
  • Book first meetings with execs in CS, RevOps, and post-sale functions
  • Help us target the right accounts by digging into org charts and mapping influence
  • Personalize outreach using mutual connections, trigger events, and strategic context
  • Test new tactics—AI assistants, account-based sequences, creative follow-ups
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to tighten messaging and drive urgency
